Apogee Search Blog Reviewed!
Have you heard of Apogee Search? If you’re like me then the name does sound familiar. Recently Apogee Search requested me to have a look at their Blog on ReviewMe and seeing how successful they have been, I willingly accepted. A little background information about Apogee will be quite surprising. They started off in 2001 and as time progressed so did their popularity and they became one of the 25 largest Search Engine Marketing firms in the world. They are specialists in using proven online marketing techniques such as paid search, natural search, affiliate marketing and pay-per-call. Their service is geared to bringing more visitors to Business to Business and Business to Consumer websites allowing for an increase in revenues and profits. Their Blog is very interesting. In terms of the breakdown of the review I decided to review Visual Appeal and Content separately:
Visual Appeal: The Apogee Search Blog uses Wordpress just like my blog and the layout of the design is great specially the navigation menu at the top since it attracts attention towards it. Secondly, the sidebar layout was done well as it was easy to browse through categories and look for Archives and even handy RSS feeds in case you are interesting to signup for their feed.
Content: Because the categories are well laid out it allows you to see that the Apogee Blog discusses topics that range from Blogging to the various Search Engine Marketing tools such as Paid Searches and Natural Searches as well as other alternative methods such as Affiliate and Email Marketing. It even discusses E-Commerce, Conferences and various Tools. Aside from those it also has categories on some of the major Search Engines out there such as Google, Yahoo, AOL, MSN and Ask.
I really liked the layout of the blog and the ease in reading the text and the overall appeal of the page design itself. One suggested improvement is to have a bigger font size for sidebar headings but other than that the blog seems to be on its way to stardom. It has a great Alexa rating and is in the Top 100,000 and its Page Rank is better than most. So if you aren’t aware of Apogee Search or the Apogee Blog then you definitely should check it out if you’re interesting in online marketing and how to increase your profits.
