Finally On Track!
Looking for a new host was like buying a house. You want something safe, something reliable and frankly something that can withstand the effects of a popular Digg or stumbled post. My situation was somewhat the same. My old host was Dietzel1 and they are completely free! I had acquired the host mainly to host a few personal photo albums and before my blog started up, it was pretty much a blank page for the 3 months prior to that. I have to salute Dietzel mainly because I didn’t expect them to provide decent service considering all I needed to do was complete a bunch of surveys. Either way, my journey with Dietzel is over now and I am with a new host.
When looking for a host, I came across this website called WebHostingInformation and they have a long list of all the possible hosts that you can sign up for along with a rating. Their rating is based on the price of the host, the services they offer and the support they offer. Although the host I ended up picking, HostNine, wasn’t on their list of hosts, they seem to have a really good grasp of what is good and what isn’t. The thing I liked was that it was an easy place to find a host based on price and features without having to ask anyone. The only disadvantage of the website was that they would rate the host based on features and pricing and the quality of service was not really factored into the rating. The problem with that is, you wouldn’t know how reliable or unreliable a host really was. Its a great place to get a breakdown of several hosts in a category form and it makes it easier to pick one host over the other if you are looking for specific features and pricing but when it comes down to quality of service, you will have to look around elsewhere. They also have a few resource categories that can be useful to you. Their service did help me sort through a whole new list of hosts whom I had never heard of before. I also came to know the price ranges for most other hosts who were fairly decent in providing quality service. In the end, I was happy about the host that I picked and below I have a special offer for readers of my blog.
HostNine 50% Off Offer
I decided to go with Hostnine after a lot of thinking and research. My domain was about to expire and so was my hosting and I needed to find a new home before it was too late. The problem with getting a domain transferred is that you go offline for about 24-48 hours and it made me feel cut out for those two days. After I am finally back, I have to say that HostNine did a great job in getting everything right on track. They even offered to move my files for me, which is a free service to anyone who signs up. Their current offers lets you take 50% off your first bill and so hosting for the entire year along with a $9.95 domain transfer boiled down to about $28 for a year which is not bad at all! Their support is spectacular and they are available 24/7 through email, live chat and even phone. I suggest you give them a shot if you are currently host-less, enter coupon code “H9” to get 50% off your tab! Visit HostNine!

I’m so glad you’re back, I was going through EnkayBlog withdrawals. Ok, maybe it wasn’t that bad, but I was concerned that something bad happened to you or your blog.
